Sticking with the semi-exotic cat art for the other day I wanted to post the Urban Pop Savannah cat portrait we did a while ago. This is a hybrid cat breed, which mixed the genes of a domestic cat with those of an African Serval. The Savannah comes in several different generations, the first generation F1 is 50% Serval and 50% domesticated cat. The F1 and F2 generations are the largest due to the amount of Serval that is in them and may weigh as much as 25 lbs. Though some reports claim that they can weigh up to 30 lbs. The male Savannah is generally sterile until the F5 generation.
