Oops, it has been a while since the last time I posted one of our Urban Pop dog portraits. The dog art that I am posting to day is our Yorkshire Terrier painting. Fan’s of this English dog breed will recognize the charming character that is hiding under all of that fur. And for anybody that has had the opportunity to meet a Yorkie, they will quickly learn that they are a lot of dog for their small size.

The French Bulldog is a charming and unique looking dog breed with a “colorful” history. Brought to France in the 1800′s by Normandy lace workers from England the breed began to steadily gain popularity there. This French Bulldog portrait was painted on a 20″ x 20″ – 50 x 50 cm canvas in our Urban Pop style.
